Graphic Design Experience
 

Good Shepherd United Methodist Church – 2021 - Present

  • Black History Month Visual (Feb 2021): Designed a visual inspired by Kintsugi, emphasizing resilience and beauty.  

  • Youth and Young Adult Program Logo (Mar 2021): Created a logo showcasing community diversity, used on masks and shirts.

  • Church Logo (2024): Developed the new GSUMC logo, involving multiple mockups and a community voting process. Final designs were delivered in several colors and resolutions.

 

Chunky Cup Boba and Fries – Woodbridge, VA, June 2022 - August 2022  

  • Developed static and animated graphics for social media, enhancing brand engagement and online presence.  

  • Led the design of an 8-bit style pixel car animation, significantly boosting brand visibility.

 

Marketing Campaign Director for Summer Camps – Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 2023  

  • Collaborated with the Youth Education Director to conceptualize designs.  

  • Created easy-to-read yet stylish fliers using a combination of vector shapes and text.  

  • Adapted fliers for both printing and online posting, integrating QR codes for seamless registration access.

 

VIP Rentals Business Card Design – Woodbridge, VA, 2023  

  • Met with business owners to discuss their vision for the business card.  

  • Created and iterated designs using Canva, delivering high-resolution files suitable for printing and online use, including a Facebook banner adaptation.

 

Skyswimming (Adin Yager) – Remote, June 2022  

  • Conceptualized and executed a 10-second looping video, aligning graphic content with music themes for digital media platforms like YouTube and Spotify.

 

J. Sanford Miller Arts Scholars Program – Charlottesville, VA, April 2022  

  • Spearheaded the design and production of branding materials, including logos and promotional materials for significant academic and artistic events.
